Description

2 storm drains are clogged and do not recede water for 2 to 3 days and keep 2...3 streets flooded with water 2 sides of rosewood ave which has a median and all of 400 block S Davis people have park half block away to get out of their cars there is so much water. this has been reported many times my next step is calling Mayor Stoney office and reporting neglegence. ..
