Basin flooding. Citizen state cause of basin flooding it could damage his freezer. And would to know when the problem will be fixed. Also stated he will have it repaired and send city the bill.

Back of restaurant is lowest part of alley, water collects and sits. Service request has been received and dispatch for assessment. Please allow 15 days for Supervisor to complete assessment. Supervisor will contact requestor upon completion of assessment.

Assessment of the location found no Storm Water assets contributing to the flooding complaint(s). The assessments findings have been relayed to DPW's administrators who have responded in kind. This requestshall be closed from the Storm Water CW Reference list.
