    Assessed on 6/07/2021 per Lockett/Goode...Found Bottles and trash located in the base. DPU Stormwater contractors PipeVision will be assigned to this location.

    M DPU Storm Water Personel stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Crew stated a on going root issue existed location will be place on a list as problematic issue root is location. May need to be referred to City engineers. But will use other resources in a attempt to resolve the drained issue at this location.
