The leaves and debris are collecting on the fence, the fence is crossing the ditch. I spoke to Mr. Pleasants and we will meet to go over solving the issue with the fence. The fence will be cleaned when the ground conditions are dry.

The vegetation in the rear was cut, the ditch was cleaned and the fence was removed that was crossing the ditch and was blocking the water flow and rerouted out of the ditch. The contractor will schedule thenew fence install with a gate and the temporary fence will be removed.
