My front yard floods when it rains I have called several time s the City of Richmond. The storm drain must be clogged again.

- Staff · June 14, 2019Problem: The ditch at 3818 Rusk Ave has settlement that built up on one end of property and grass that has grown up. I spoke to Mr. Thornton on 6/14/2019. I informed Mr. Thornton that the crew would maintenance the ditch at 3818 Rusk Ave to the cross road culvert and cut vegetation along the ditch.
