Basin has an mixed of trash and leaves.Traffic control will be need due to flow of traffic at the location.This Request will be relayed to Field Supervisor for assessment please allow time 15 days for Supervisor to complete assessment. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. The location total inlets were 5 which all inspected 4 of the 5 were cleaned for serviced. Heavy roots, sticks, heavy mud and leaves were found.
