    Inspected 12/18/2020 Per Leonardo Lockett /S.Crew- This location has 1 mark basin and inlet that will need to be scheduled for service cleaning. Basin has an mixed of trash and leaves.Traffic control will be need due to flow of traffic at the location.This Request will be relayed to Field Supervisor for assessment please allow time 15 days for Supervisor to complete assessment. Supervisor will contact consumer upon completion of assessment. If deemed to be an ongoing issue, a separate request will be elevated

    DPU Stormwater contractors PipeVision are assigned to this location have, crew clean location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. The location total inlets were 5 which all inspected 4 of the 5 were cleaned for serviced. Heavy roots, sticks, heavy mud and leaves were found.
