    Caller states he called a month ago about a sinkhole in the street. The whole street caved in about 15 years ago in this area and now you can see the gas line/water line down in the pavement it's a square foot large. Caller feels an engineer needs to do an assessment. Everytime it rains the hole gets deeper washing out more of the underline ground.

    We covered the sinkhole @ this location with a 8X10 steel plate (NO NUMBER). Also another ticket (#98557) has been assigned to J. Wyatt to CCTV the mainline for further investigation, closing this request...
