Description
There is a drain that leads from my neighbor on O street’s back lot that should pump storm water into 26 st. This drain is clogged with dirt and sand and the water can’t get out. It sits in the dirt and grass between our houses until it seeps into the ground. Please fix this drain. Thank you.
