Description
1708 Dakota is located to the left of Carter Ave , near the cemetery. There is a light at the corner of Texas and Dakota ( that works intermittently). However there is no light at the alley on Dakota between Texas and Pennsylvania (the street by the cemetery) nor is there a light at Pennsylvania by the cemetery. It's very dark on the street and you cannot see who's walking the street when you're getting out of the car, or driving on the street (especially little kids).
