Description

The cover in the picture was knocked out of place by a passing vehicle. It will not stay in place on its own. Let me know if you want the cover -- I brought it home because it was on the side of the road. Location is Admiral Gravely Blvd, westbound lane just west of first alley as you head east from Williamsburg Ave.
