  DPU Storm Water Utility division assess this service request and spoke with citizen Mr. Reese: Found: Current construction on Forest Hill Ave include Drop Inlet (grated) installed on side of 6241 ForestHill Ave. Existing earthen ditches on Heartwood Rd (both sides) need to be cut to grade with positive slope to improve drainage during and after rain events. Homeowner advised he can applied for permit to installed driveway culvert thereafter. Currently has access (egress/ingress) to property from Forest Hill Ave.
