Description
Storm drain basin needs REBUILT per NOV-2018 work basin cleaning crew, MAY-2019 crew said the same. I was told NOV-2018 crew put this work order in for a FULL REBUILD. Northeast corner of Sauer & Grace basin has the root ball of a mature elm directly next to it that has destroyed the entire basin which is why our basement floods/sewer backs up. We have been clearing debris & shoveling wheel barrows of organic matter from this basin for 18 years. It cannot be cleared because it has collapsed. It is 18-inches deep at its best, then solid packed organic matter (roots, leaves, dirt, etc.) we cannot even get thru with a pick axe.
