Investigate site the afternoon of 5-30-2019. There is a building permit (BLDR-043197-2018) but the area of disturbance was not large enough for a permit from Water Resources...However, a notice to comply was sent to the builder (Zach Kennedy, Upward Builders) giving him 7 days to do the necessary clean up and to install more perimeter controls.- C.
