Description
Along N 21st Street, it is very dark at night and feels unsafe. Would appreciate new streetlights on 21st just south of E Broad Street, as well as on E Franklin St. between N 21st and N 25th. There are also a few streetlights that do not work. But both of these streets in general are very dark. Thanks!
