The storm drain is filled with dirt and debris. It keeps flooding. Please send someone to clean it out. It is on the stafford side

- System · September 11, 2019Spoke with citizen and advised his request was closed as a duplicate to another it the system. Also advised I spoke with DPU and they would work to get this resolved as soon as possible but could not commit to a timeframe.
- System · September 2, 2020need to discuss a service request # caller states the service request was started on Friday and they did some work on Saturday but they left on the side of S. Stafford a pile of dirt, roots, trash, wire, wood blocks, etc. and they work wasn't completed; looks like they dug on the street to uncover the drain and on Saturday they were able to vacuum it out but the work isn't complete and he wants it completed and the debris removed.
