- Staff · March 25, 2021I spoke to Mr. Franklin at 5713 and he doesn’t want the ditch in front of his house touched because he has landscape timbers along the edge of the ditch. Minor ditch maintenance is needed from 5707 to Acorn Lane. The water is backing up and is not going thru the culvert on 5736 side of Thorndale and the water is backing up in the ditch across the street, there was attempts to jet the culvert and it was opened but has clogged again. The ditch in the rearof 5706 was cleaned last year and water is flowing.
