Description

I'm not 100% sure what the pole number or lamp number are, but the attached picture is of all the numbers on the pole. It is behind my apartment, (2 story duplex), in an alley between Stuart Ave and Hanover Ave. Also, there are a several cut communication lines that are dangling down, and landing on the ground. Is it possible that those could be taken care of too? As I am not sure who's com lines they are (Verizon or Comcast)
