Description
There are two clogged storm drains on the south side of Westbrook Avenue at the intersection with East Seminary Ave. There is one drain on Westbrook east of East Seminary and one on the west side of East Seminary. Or to phrase another way, these drains are on the sides of 4537 and 4538 East Seminary Ave. Both drains clog terribly and create a hazard. There really does not have to be much rain for them to flood the road. If we we get a bad storm these two clogs could flood the entire road, possibly the residents' yards and so on.
