Description
The alley between the 3100 and 3200 blocks of Hanes Ave and Fendall Ave is in very bad shape (particularly directly North of Obama Elementary). There are huge ruts that collects water up to 4” plus deep. There is always at least 2” of water at any given time. The water never evaporates fully and it is now nesting a ton of mosquitos. This is not the best situation to have in the alley, especially so close to a school playground. This is one of many requests already and now that the weather is warm, it’s important to fix quickly.
