where the curb in the street meet the grade is to low so the water can not drain into the storm drain south of alder between the alley and 4th avenue the is a mosquito infestation because the water is stagnant

Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. 4 inlets cleared of trash and mud...trap cap broken open, no odor
