Description
The storm drain at the corner of W Laburnum Ave & Gloucester Ave has been ineffective & inoperable for over a year. Every time it rains for more that 3 seconds, water collects and does not drain away for weeks. Mosquitos are now breeding in the collected water adding to public health concerns. The residents of the home at this corner have had to resort to installing a sump pump, which runs constantly for several days after any amount of rain. The attached photo is the day after a minor amount of rain fell the night before.
