Description
This is the closest category I could find from the choices. The gutter on Byrd Street between 2nd and 5th needs to be cleaned of leaves. There is quite a bit of leaves and pine straw in the gutter and it is clogging the basins. Following up on this request from 5 months ago to make sure it wasn't forgotten. The gutters need cleaning on Byrd St between 3rd and 5th. See image. The grass has been cut by the city at least once and the gutter/storm sewer clog was not addressed.
