Description
Rockfalls creek is backwashing into our backyard, from the storm drain right before it goes under Longview dr. Brown water and oil slicks in our yard-health hazard.

We have an issue with Rockfalls creek backwashing into the bottom of our yard via the stormwater drain system. This is resulting in standing brown water and oil in our yard - the diameter of a small swimming pool. It is unhealthy and I would like for the drainage issue to be looked at and fixed. This request is also in system as DPU000004207 from 3/10. I tried to create a new request and upload photos to RVA 311 but was unable to - please let me know of another way I can get you pictures. Thank you
