- Staff · April 25, 2019Duplicate of ticket DPU4913 reported yesterday. This ticket is being closed since it is a duplicate. Currently the City of Richmond is on a 45 business day repair schedule. We have 45 days to repair lights that are out with the exception of infrastructure damage.
