CORNER OF WELFORD AVE AND WOODY'S LNTHE DITHCES AND DRAINS ARE CLOGGED BY DEBRI AND LEAVES. WHICH HAVE BEEN THERE FOR SOME TIME. WHEN IT RAINS THE STREET FLOODS SOMETIME THERE IS A FOOT OR MORE OF STANDING WATER. STREETS ARE IN TERRIBLE CONDITION
