Assess Standing Water

Description

Ditch in front yard fills and floods yard when it rains. Drain under driveway clogged. Have tried to clear multiple times but unable to do so due to the years of build up before our arrival and not enough water pressure from our garden hose. Please help! Or provide me a fire hose and hydrant access and I will blast it out myself and save time and money! Really appreciate it.
