Description
THERE WAS A SHOOTING IN CHIMBORAZO PARK ON 3/30/19. THE PARK AND AREA IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE MY HOUSE WAS DARK DUE TO 3 STREET LIGHTS BEING OUT. THIS FACILITATED THE SHOOTING. HOUSE ADDRESS IS 130 N 32ND STREET. THERE ARE 2 LIGHTS ON E GRACE OUT NBEXT TO AND INFRONT OF HOUSE AND ONE LIGHT IN THE ACTUAL PARK IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE THAT CUTS ON AND OFF INDESCRIMINATELY. THE LIGHT ON THE CORNER OF E GRACE AND 32ND MUST BE THE WRONG BULB WATTAGE BECAUSE IT TURNS ON AND OFF CONSTANTLY
