N ASSESSMENT WAS MADE AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION. there ARE NO STORM DRAINS WITHIN THE CULTERSAC AREA. THE WATER IS SUPPOSE TO DRAIN TO SUSSEX ST. THE STORM DRAINS ARE LOCATED AT SUSSEX ST @ HOSPITAL ST OR SUSSEX ST @ FORD ST. THE VALLEY GUTTERS ARE OFFSET BECAUSE OF PAVING. THE CUSTOMER HAS BEEN CONTACTED AND HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE ASSESSMENT. SHE STATED THAT SHE WAS GOING TO PUT IN A REQUEST FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS ROADWAY MAINTENANCE DIVISION.
