All basins surrounding and near Anne Hardy Plaza Park are clogged, backed up with debris, and flooding. The streets surrounding Anne Hardy Plaza are: 3200 - 3400 Carolina ave, 1000 block of Pollock St. 3200- 3400 First Ave and 1000 block of Milton.
