  DPU Storm Water Utility Division Personnel complete this request on 4/9/2019 by removing debris behind home near inlet (grate). Alley may need to be graded in the future to help drainage. At the time of service we restore positive drainage. W. Dudley, M. Hurt, J. Deyo & K. Jenkins.
