Description
When the leaves were vacuumed from the edge of my yard on 3/1/19, the cover to the water line/meter was taken along with the leaves. I have covered it in the meantime with a brick, but it needs to be replaced as soon as possible so that it doesn't fill with debris. I have not heard a response regarding this ticket since it was opened in March 2019--That's 7 months!! When will I receive the cover for the open line? Correction: it is the waste pipe top. Please Respond! Today is 12/29/19. The report of the missing top was 3/15/19 with a follow up report made and then several phone calls. Is there something more I should be doing?
