- Staff · April 11, 2019DPU Storm Water Utility Division assess this service request on 4/8/2019 and contact was made with the citizen; Ms. Talyor on 4/11/2019: Found: Roadside ditches and crossroad culvert (galvanized) clogged with debris and leaves create negative and/or slow drainage during and after rain events. Solution: Clean roadside ditches of debris and leaves. Create positive slope for storm water run-off. Clean culverts with high pressure water. All areas affected during this work will be restored in accordance with the City of Richmond recommendation and standards. Note: Citizen mention mosquitoes population due. Mosquitoes briquettes will be placed in any stagnate water.
