Large amount of water standing due to a drain issue that was closed off to add dirt to cover it; there's a ditch that hasn't been cleared but there is development in the area for the future. Caller states it's all the same issue and the concern of the culvert pipe being smashed has never been resolved. She wants the status of when the COR will resolve the issue.
