- Staff · May 16, 2019D. Joyner assess this location on May 16, 2019 and spoke with resident at 4807 Charmian Rd. Found: Culvert clogged inlet with sediment. Back slope of asphalt ditch eroded in some areas.Solution: Clean culvert (galvanized) approximately 150lft with high pressure water. Email and/or call DPW to restore asphalt erosion on back slope. All area affected during this work should be restored in ordinance with the City of Richmond recommendation and standards.
