Description

Citizen has a concrete storm water drainage pipe under his gravel driveway towards the edge near. Some rocks seem to puncture the pipe. When is rain, the water puddles into his yard. The pipe may also be backed up.

Calling in reference to a ditch that needs to be cleaned out. Caller states someone was supposed to have been come out but to date the water still backs up in his yard.
