Description
There are two metal water drainage covers in the sidewalk in front of Riggs Ward (by the pole). One of them is quite loose. I stepped on it and it popped up. Had I stepped on it at a different angle, my foot would have gone into the hole (and I easily could have sprained or broken my ankle). This should be fixed for safety.
