drain floods every rain. all water from multiple homes is incorrectly directed to 4427 Butte Rd. neighbor to left has colvert aiming down toward 4427 Butte Rd house rather than the correct direction of down street to drain. much flooding on property. has increasing gotten worse over past several years. Gutter no longer exists as it has been over 10 years since the city has checked or cleaned out. My other request was closed due to there being duplicates.
