Description
My ditches are not functioning properly and have standing water throughout the edge of my property and flows into the neighborhood street. I believe that the drainage through out the roads are not constructed appropriately for stormwater to flow correctly. This has lead to destruction of vegetation and mosquitos throughout. please advise. thank you!
