Repair Stormwater Drain

have a long time storm water drainage problem , he has called his council person and mayor ,I reported a problem with my storm water drainage ditch being constantly full of water and I was given the tracking number 20021002229. Nothing has happened to address this since then and the problem is much worse now that the drainage pipe that goes under my driveway is full of sand. When it rains it overflows resulting in 1) street damage as the pavement breaks up and 2) my driveway breaks up and the stones and landscaping timbers wash away >> he stated that sand is everywhere it is level with the yard and the street and he would like to have some one to meet with him to plan a strategy or give a call to set up an appointment to fix the situation at hand
