    AN ASSESSMENT WAS MADE AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION ON THE DATE OF 2/13/2019. THE AREA WAS FLOODING AFTER A RAIN EVENT. THE WATER WAS REMOVED FROM THE ROADWAY AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION. THE LOCATION WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR DITCH MAINTENANCE AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE.
