residnet is calling in because the storm drains are not flowing. there are leafs that look like is back it up.

    y Derek Joyner, Derek: 6/1/2019: I spoke to Ms. Lewis on 5/31/2019 and I notified her that the concrete ditch had a large amounts of sediment and leaves in the ditch. The vegetation was also cut back out of ditch line. The work was completed on 5/31/2019.
