    AN ASSESSMEENT WAS MADE AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION ON THE DATE OF 2/13/2019. THE ROAD SIDE DITCH IN FRONT OF THE PROPRETY NEED TO BE DEFINED. THE DITCH IS ASPHALT. THE LOCATION WILL BE SCHEDULED AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE.
