Description

I submitted this several weeks ago and it was assigned # DPU000002308. This w/o was closed even though the missing covers were never replaced. I posted a new photo to indicate where the two covers are missing. Location is on the south side of Gov't Rd in the street near the guard rail -- btwn the RR tracks and the creek.
