Description

A streetlight right by the crosswalk on Monument Ave was hit by a car and removed. Now there is just a cone covering the wires in the sidewalk. This is not safe to be without a light at the crosswalk. Please fix the light. It appears this was previously reported as DPU000003402, DPU000003530, DPU000003565, which were both marked completed even though there is clearly still no streetlight at that location, so it is not completed. Please stop closing it without replacing the fixture.
