Description
This storm water drain appears to be entirely stopped up. Water runs right by. Please clean out the debris. Please repair or replace the concrete part of this drain, add bars to keep children from falling in, and put the steel cover on correctly, Here is an updated picture. The drain appears to be stopped up. As you can see from this picture, rain water runs past it.
