- Staff · February 7, 2019STORM INLETS WAS CLEANED AT THE LOCATION. THERE WAS A LOT OF LEAVES, SILT AND MUD WITHIN THE GUTTER PAN ON WESTBROOK AVENUE THROUGHOUT THE BLOCK. THIS LOCATION WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE STREET CLEANING DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
