    The two inlets at this location are Syphon Basins/Bubble Basins. They have been cleaned and serviced by J. Richardson and J. Fuller on 3-19-2019. However they will cotinue to be an issue with no Leaf PickUp Program. A grated system is planned for installation as schedule permits.
