AN ASSESSMENT WAS MADE AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION ON THE DATE OF 1/25/2019. THE DITCH NEED TO BE DEFINED AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION. THE DITCH WAS DRAINING SLOW DURING A RAIN EVENT.
