- Staff · March 12, 2019D. Rivers made initial assessment on 3/8/2019. Found Wetland present at site and other items that would require in-house Engineer to assess. Contact made with citizen Mr. Bryan Turner; realtor. Was not able to reach homeowner at the time of the assessment who reside at 6221 Warwick Rd. Found stagnate water on private property and along ditches in rear of property. Mr. Berry Wright, Engineer and Mr. Joseph Barbour will assess on March 12, 2019 to provide a solution if possible from Maintenance perspective (removing blockage etc) and/or upgrade drainage improvement with Annual Contractor. Mr. Barbour to update service request after onsite assessment.
- Staff · April 16, 2019Assessment completed onsite with Engineer & Field Supervisor determine information needed to be shared with division to oversee permits due to wetland and private property. Work outside of private property may not solve citizens request. Information has been passed onto other division to advise of this situation and possible other situation that may occur if not address.
- Staff · May 5, 2020pon complete audit of City Works system as it relates to Stormwater this request is has been closed. The reason is the request StormWater Operations Manager stated the Operation Manager for Water Resource at that time in 2019 advised of the situation and concluded that the wetland is a private property issue causing the drainage issue.
