- Staff · March 28, 2019D. Rivers spoke with citizen by phone Drew Billups and determine his request is indeed for a leaking water meter. According to Mr. Billups the water leak has not been resolved. He use RVA311 but did notfind a option for leaking water meter so choose the best option which resulted in his request been assigned to Storm Water Division. This is not a storm water issue. Citizen informed that his request will be closed and sent by email to the correctdivision for assessment / correction.
